| America isn't necessarily fat, but we do consume a lot of fat everyday. Some fat is good, all humans need fat to live. But too much can be bad, even fatal! You don't need to be super thin to be healthy, as long as you eat right and exercise, your'e good to go! | |

Actually yes, America is fat. We are considered the most obese country in the world. | |

| True, 34% of American adults are obese according to the latest OECD report. Yet Mexico is close behind with 30% of the adult population obese and New Zealand takes the bronze with 27% of adults obese. But not all of America is fat. That would be stereotyping. What America is, I believe, is a society where we have become too used to fast food restaurants lining the streets like friendly beckons. We have forgotten that we should not only allow the fry cook behind the counter to know what we eat; we should also not just allow, we should make ourselves know what we eat and why. Hunger should not get the best of us when we can choose between a homemade burger or a familiar yet greasy mega-burger. The real problem in America is not obesity, it is our mindsets about how we view our food. If people were educated about food, they would be more conscientious before they started munching down their fast food. | |

| Also, fat might not be totally correct, but it is what most people consider America now-a-days. | |
