Did you know that America is now widely known and claimed to be the #1 obese and overweight country in the world? Over 68% of adults and 13% of children in America are currently considered overweight and or obese. 78% of most Americans do not exercise the minimal amount that is rcomender my physicians. Because of this nearly 300,000 Americans die each year related due to conditions that are related to obesity.
So get off your butts and work toward a healthier lifestyle!!!!!!!!!

People need to start exercising PERIOD! From push ups to power walking, no one can do everything, but everyone can do something!
